Privacy Notice at Collection (California residents)
We collect:
  • Identifiers: your name, email address and account ID
  • Account credentials: your password, stored only as a hash
  • Commercial information: your plan, payments and refunds (Stripe processes your card for website purchases and Apple for purchases in the iPhone app; we never see your full card number or Apple payment details)
  • Sensitive personal information: the precise GPS location of each inspection photo, only if you allow location access
  • Property and inspection records you add: property addresses, tenant names and contact details, lease dates, deposits, photos and deductions
  • Internet and device activity: your device's operating system and app version, time zone, app usage events linked to your account ID, crash reports, and your device's push notification token
